When you purchase the number of hours you’d like to have exclusive assistance please specify the time zone and the time frame (from hour… to hour) when you need our representative to be online to assist you.

While testing any of our web based software, chances are, other users are testing at the same time so the results may not be the expected ones. You may find it useful to have your own demo set up. We will set up your very own demo of any of our web based software. Your own demo will be active for 15 days!

You’ve purchased one of our products and can’t install it? No problem, we’re here to help. We will install the web based software on your server. Please note that FTP access to the server is required as well as access to the MySQL database which will be used by the application(s) you’ve purchased.

Moving from another application to one of our products? We will help you migrate the data from your application to our web based software as long as this is technically possible.
